Request sampling items with your mascot!

Sampling items or "swag" is the perfect way to allow the brand connection made at your sampling event live on with consumers long after the event is over. With everything from magnets, stickers, pens and more, we have easy portable items that you can request and have at your sampling booth. Our items change frequently, so if you're looking for something brand specific, please let us know. Otherwise, we will send you what we have on hand for that particular brand.

Mascot and Swag Request Process

It's easy to request a mascot! Just follow the below steps and reach out with any questions.

Check Calendar for Availability

Our mascots are reserved on a first come, first served basis. So, please make sure to check the Mascot Availability Calendar for which mascot is available when before submitting a request form.

Submit a Request Form

Located at the bottom of this page, please make sure to fill out all sections including if you need free swag for your event.

Wait on Mascot to Arrive

Once confirming the mascot's availability, you will receive an email confirmation from someone in our Marketing department. This email will have the details including estimated arrival date and pickup location at one of our distributor warehouses near you.

Have Fun & Watch those Smiles

We wouldn't be McKee Foods without bringing smiles to faces. So, make sure to snap some pictures so you can share with us!

Schedule a Return Date

Our mascots deserve their own travel rewards program. That's why we will schedule a time for the mascot to arrive at its next event or back home to the Bakery in Collegedale.

Start Over Again

We know you're hard at work with all sorts of fun events. So, when you're ready, make sure to head back over and request the same mascot or enjoy someone new for your next event!

Find out if a mascot is available for your sampling event date by using the calendar below. If so, please use the contact form below to request. Mascots are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. We request that you provide two mascot options if we are not able to provide you with your first choice. You will be contacted via email with your mascot reservation confirmation as well as information and instructions for pickup and return. All mascots are delivered to your nearest distribution location or, for corporate and bakery events, at the location provided in your confirmation email. Mascots are typically transported via McKee trucks, airline or can be picked up locally in Collegedale, Tenn.

Please note that if a date does not have a mascot name, then it is available.
